I just wanted to take a moment and share with you my recent experience with Elmore Toyota, my college age son was in need of a new vehicle, I thought this was going to be challenging in itself! We spent a weekend visiting dealerships and driving many different vehicles, this is when we were directed to Perry Vineyard who spent the time to show my son all the Toyota options, after he made up his mind he decided the Tacoma Sport would fit his needs and of course it had to be a very specific one. Perry found exactly the Tacoma he wanted, upon delivery he notified us and even sent us pictures, when we showed up to pick it up he had the Tacoma all set up and ready to go! This was my sons 1st vehicle he purchased on his own; Perry went thru it all with him, all his purchase options, cost's, warranties, etc... Perry explained the Toyota Care Program and scheduled the 1st appointment, after the paperwork was completed Perry went thru the entire vehicle with him and explained every detail and even synchronized his phone to the Tacoma's electronic's system! As a father, it was great to see the care and patience Perry took with my son. As the owner of a small specialty contracting firm I have purchased many vehicles for my business this was by far the simplest process I have been thru. What a great experience! I will definitely recommend Perry and Elmore Toyota. And as for my son he's "STOKED" for that I am grateful!

I wanted to take a moment and thank you and your Internet Department for the wonderful customer service and great sales experience.
I drive 35 miles each way to work every day so I decided to start looking into buying a fuel efficient car in December 2010. I soon realized that even the economic down-turn hasn’t changed most dealerships one bit. Dealers used every trick in the books to get me to come to their location and changed agreed price once I was ready to purchase. I was so discouraged by this process that I gave up searching for a car in December. In January I read an article on the Internet regarding the use of dealership Internet Sales Department for a no-hassle car buying experience. I decided to email Internet Sales Department of Toyota dealerships in Orange County. Elmore Toyota gave me the best quote for the car I wanted. Additionally the Elmore Internet Director provided a quote and any information I wanted via email. On a Sunday morning I decided to drive 40 miles to Elmore Toyota and ended up driving out a new Prius 2011 in 2-3 hours. My total experience with all of Elmore staff whether thru email or personally was so good, I decided to bring my brother and my niece to buy two more cars the same month.
I couldn't have asked for a better car sales experience. Elmore Toyota exceeded all my expectations with the Internet Department staff dedication to the order of a total of three 2011 Toyota Prius cars. Special thanks to the Internet Director, Juan Carlos Cuevas, of Elmore Toyota.

I purchased my Highlander through my credit union and they dealt with your Fleet Manager, Tekoah. I am very impressed with her professionalism and Elmore Toyota! I was totally blown away when Tekoah made arrangements to have my vehicle trucked to my credit union! To me that was "above and beyond" the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership! I wish I lived closer to Elmore so I could try their service department.
